A New Moniker

Or what’s in a name.

As many of you may have noticed when I comment now it no longer shows Souther Sir but instead John Brownstone.

A bit ago I decided to change my name to more reflect what some of my other social sites show. G+, Facebook, etc all require names and Souther Sir didn’t quite cut it. Matter of fact Google got pretty ugly with me if I didn’t decide to use a “real” name. I don’t know about you but I’m in no mood to go head to head with Google in any way shape or form.

My blog here will still remain the same, it is and always will be Souther Sir’s Place.

When I comment you will see the name John Brownstone, it is still me. A few people have contacted me offline with concern thinking that it is my real name.

Not to fear it is but a pseudonym, a fictitious creation of several things I put together.

On that note I leave you with this song.
Just to dispel any rumours right up front I don’t do heroin nor do I condone drug use, but I like the energy of this song.

You will always be Southern Sir to me! The man with no southern drawl, but plenty of southern charm!

    Hugs, Mynx

Thank you Mynx, I tried to do the southern drawl….and Miss Kayla used her safe word….I guess that is a hard limit.

I’m glad that’s not your real name.

I love all my friends here and I wouldn’t want some nut job stalking any of you. This nut job included

Can I still call you Southern Sir? John Brownstone doesn’t seem sweet enough.
